In total darkness, with a few strobes of light, the metalgaze trio performed at Knitting Factory's 30th-year celebration in Brooklyn. A real challenge for photographers yet an amazing trip for the entire audience. Their new album, So Numb, is a piece presented with beautiful design and photography, a natural extension to the band's oeuvre; a fully instrumental piece with pounding bass and drums, juxtaposed with beautiful gazed guitar melodies.
